Join us at the Westdale as we pay tribute to the 'Queen of Country' herself with a special night of memories, musical performance, and film, in celebration of the one-of-a-kind woman – talented, big-hearted, and beautiful – that is Dolly Parton!

Schedule:

6:45pm – Doors open / preshow presentation, featuring Dolly Parton music videos and clips on our big-screen!

7:30pm – Intro from Alysha Main, Executive Director of the Westdale Theatre

7:35pm – Special tribute performance by Daphne Moens

8:00pm – Film screening of 9 to 5

10:00pm – Event concludes

Meet Franklin Hart (Dabney Coleman) – the biggest "sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot" boss on the planet. He thrills in taking advantage of his head female office staff; humiliating, downplaying, and condescending against them whenever conveniently possible, particularly his top assistant Violet (Lily Tomlin). Long-exhausted over his bullishness, Violet, alongside co-workers Doralee (Dolly Parton) and Judy (Jane Fonda) comprise comical methods of "doing him in," when a freak incident occurs. They then manage to kidnap Hart and trap him in his own house, while assuming control of his department, and productivity leaps. But just how long can they keep him tied up?
